Back in St. George

Elder Christensen was recently transferred to St. George:

Hello Family,
How is everything? I hope that everything is going well and that life is moving at a pace which is neither too fast nor too slow. I have a mix of both. Some day I feel like it is painstakingly slow while others feel like they went too fast (usually P-day). In the overall scheme of things however it has flown by incredibly fast. 8 months... where did they go? I am still the same... maybe a little different.

The work is amazing! The harvest is the part that is struggling right now. Our investigators don't seem to be keeping commitments and we are having a little trouble helping them progress towards baptism. I love seeing their faith grow and seeing them learn. I know that they will get there sometimes it just takes a little work to build their own personal foundation so that they can start to maintain their spiritual testimony. We found a new investigator this week and are supposed to pick up three more investigators this coming week. So the work is progressing, the time that it takes for that to translate to baptism will take a little longer.

I love being in this beautiful St. George weather in February it is simply amazing. There is no other way to describe it. I will only regret it if I have to spend the summer months in its heat again. I love you all and think about you!!
